One of the clearest indicators of long-term value is how homes perform in the resale market. Across our completed projects, our buyers have consistently experienced strong capital appreciation over time.

At Sable on Palm Beach, a residence purchased in March 2018 for $1,495,000 later sold in October 2021 for $3,825,000. That’s a XXX [AM1] percent uplift in value in just three years. Another residence in the same project, purchased for $640,000 in 2018, resold for $1,175,000 in October 2024. These results reflect more than market movement. They reflect enduring demand for homes built with quality and care.

The same pattern is evident at The Chaussy in Lutwyche. One residence sold new in June 2021 for $812,593 and later resold in May 2024 for $1,300,000. Another, originally purchased for $749,999, resold in July 2025 for $1,302,500. These buyers benefited from strong long-term capital growth driven by quality and liveability.

One of the most remarkable examples occurred at The Oscar in Scarborough. A residence purchased in September 2024 for $1,555,000 resold just one month later for $2,100,000. The uplift in such a short timeframe demonstrates the perceived value and desirability of the property.
