Nick Parr
Nick Parr is a seasoned property professional who also brings over 25 years of experience spanning commercial real estate, investment, and development.
Nick began his career in landscaping before pivoting into a successful decade in commercial real estate firstly with PRD Commercial, then with DTZ Australia as a commercial leasing and sales operative.
In 2007 Nick shifted his focus to commercial property investment, building a reputation for identifying and adding value to underperforming commercial assets by re-positioning, re-leasing and subsequently divesting them.
At BPG Developments, Nick leads the planning, funding, and overall value management of each project. His commercial insight, combined with a hands-on approach to strategy and stakeholder management, ensures that every project is not only delivered with precision but positioned for long-term success.
Glen Williams
Glen Williams brings more than 25 years of experience in construction and property development to his role as Co-Founder of BPG Developments.
Starting his career with Multiplex, Glen went on to earn his open builder’s licence before establishing his own boutique construction company. What began with luxury home renovations and extensions, soon evolved into delivering larger residential projects across Brisbane and Gold Coast’s most prestigious addresses.
Driven by a desire to take on larger, more ambitious developments, Glen partnered with Nick Parr in 2013 to co-found BPG Developments. Together, they combined their industry expertise and complementary skillsets to create a boutique builder-developer with the scale and capability to deliver luxury residential projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Today, Glen oversees every aspect of BPG’s construction program, leading a hands-on team of on-site trades and professionals who are all dedicated to delivering excellence.
With a career built on hard work, integrity and a deep knowledge of luxury residential construction, Glen ensures that every BPG project is crafted with care, delivered with precision, and built to last.
