BPG Developments Secures Approval for $165 Million Beachfront Project in Palm Beach 

BPG Developments has secured permit approval for its latest luxury coastal project, a new beachfront residential address located at 66 Jefferson Lane, Palm Beach. With an estimated end value of $165 million, the project will introduce a new standard of refined coastal living to one of the Gold Coast’s most desirable suburbs. 

The 1,733sqm beachside site will be transformed into a collection of 58 luxury apartments, three beach townhouses and eight expansive penthouses. The project will be known as Palmiere and is scheduled to launch to market in early 2026. 

This approval follows BPG Developments’ recent permit for a $250 million residential tower in Newstead, and contributes to a growing portfolio that now totals approximately $500 million across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. 

A Refined Coastal Expression 

Designed in collaboration with Plus Architecture, Palmiere draws inspiration from the natural landscape and laid-back rhythm of Palm Beach. The building features a warm and sun-washed material palette, with soft blush and earthy tones paired with natural stone and textured finishes. Curved forms and layered landscaping create a sense of ease and connection to place. 

Residents will enjoy an elevated wellness offering, including a fully equipped gym, custom sauna, spa, outdoor shower and an expansive amenities terrace featuring a resort-style pool, cabanas, sunbeds and lush greenery throughout. 

This will be BPG Developments' second project in Palm Beach, following the highly regarded Sable, completed in 2019.
