BPG Developments has secured a Development Approval for its largest project to-date, a 15-storey residential tower at 16 – 22 Maud Street, Newstead, with an estimated end value of $250 million. BPG Developments will build the project in-house, which will feature a stunning curvilinear façade with intricate screening and verdant landscaping cascading down the building from each level.
